Physical conditioning for joint health and injury prevention in MMA and combat sports, and how this is achieved in Chen Taijiquan
In this blog I'll be posting about my understandings, thoughts, and experiences as I progress on my journey in Chen Tajijiquan. In particular I will focus on my experiences and learnings as I transition from traditional Tai Chi training into exploring using my Taijiquan in an MMA context. I have recently started to attend MMA classes in order to pressure test, refine and develop my 'Chen Style body method'. I hope to get useful experiential feedback from this that will enable me to progress further on the path towards real world 'Taijiquan Gong Fu'. This blog will document that journey.
